Everyone who would like to choose law as their career must know about the specializations in Law profession. Here we discuss with each specialization below.

• Intellectual Law: Deals with acquiring and enforcing patents, trademarks and copyrights. 
• Patent Law: A Patent Grant an inventor exclusive rights to a human-made invention or an improvement on an existing invention. Granting exclusive rights to the inventor is intended to encourage the investment of time and resources into the development of new and useful discoveries. 
• Constitutional Law: This is concerned with interpreting and applying the US constitution to protect individuals and preserve relationship between state and federal government.
• First Amendment Law: This protects Citizen rights such as freedom to speech, religion, press and Assembly. 
• Criminal Law: This is all about governmental prosecution of anyone who is purported to have committed a criminal act, as defined by public law.
• Admiralty Law: This law focuses on regulation of navigation and shipping. It deals with the cases on shipping, insurance, piracy and more.
• Business Law: This law deals with any issue within the business industry and commerce.
• Environment Law: This law deals with every aspect of environment and the practices that effect environment.
• Health Care Law: This law deals with medical and health related issues. This includes medical malpractice, licensure, bioethical policies,.

What Does a Lawyer Do:

Lawyers are where people usually go to whenever they are faced with legal problems and needs legal counsel. Lawyers make sure that their clients' rights are upheld and preserved and that their interests are protected.Lawyers are sometimes also referred to as ‘social engineers’. As you would know, our society, the way we live, and what we do everyday, are all loosely bound by a mesh of rules that we call ‘laws’. It is the job of lawyers to understand these rules, and to help people live their lives most meaningfully.

Employment Graph:

When we see employment graph of lawyers we can say that lawyers are almost employed very rarely we can see a law graduate with no job. That may be lac of educational background or percentage marks secured. Here we see the percentage of employment 46% are employed, 29% are under higher study plans, 12% Work while they are studying, 7% are unemployed. 

Cost of the Course:

Person who choose LLB can expect to spend upto 20,000 to 30,000 for three years. This is affordable to every student. 

How much a Lawyer can Earn:

When a student gets graduation of LLB and has good calibre and if he works under a advocate initially he can earn upto 5000 stipend depinding on the advocate he works. When his experience increases he can earn around 20,000 to 50,000. This purely depends on individuals knowledge on law and subject he posses.

Kapil Sharma cut down his comedy to make his film debut

Kapil Sharma, the host and producer of popular TV show "Comedy Nights with Kapil", is set to embark on a movie career and he says the show would have to revert to its one-episode-per-week format due to time constraint.

Kapil will make his film debut with Yash Raj Films' (YRF) "Bank-Chor", which will go on floors in April.

By now, somehow managing my schedules has become a habit for me. I am talking to you early in the morning after having worked on my show for 36 hours. Doing two episodes every week means I've to provide at least 70 minutes of content every week.
"It's not easy to think up funny gags every 10 seconds. We can't afford to let our audience get bored for even a few moments," said Kapil.

Given the time constraints, he says he has to cut down his television show by half.

"I've no choice but to do this. The channel Colors doesn't want me to do the show only once a week. But for the sake of the film, I've no choice but to cut down my television show by half," said the comedian, who has waited a very long time to do a movie.

"I didn't want to just carry over my 'Comedy Nights' image into my movie career. When I heard the script of 'Bank Chor', I was completely taken up. It allows me room not only for comic scenes, but there is also an element of seriousness in the story," he said.

Directed by Bumpy, the film unfolds the story of three people who pick a wrong day to rob a bank. What happens when the trio is caught in a crossfire of cops, industrialists and corrupt politicians, forms the rest of the story.

"It's basically the story of the guys. So, the male casting is being done first. I am happy that I'd be making my film debut with Yashraj Films. I grew up watching their films. I never dreamt I'd be part of a Yashraj film one day," he said.

Rana Daggubati's voiceover for Bheemavaram Bullodu

Rana Daggupati till date has produced movies, as a visual effects producer and what not before making his debut as an actor. He entered Bollywood too with Dum Maro Dum. Though the success rate is paucity to this actor but this never came in between his stardom.He is being a grandson of a star producer he never showed his head up. He was always down to earth and showed no objections in doing a multi-starer or any cameo role.

This actor is now said to be lending his voice to the movie produced by his father. The comedian turned hero Sunil's latest comedy movie is "Beemavaram Bullodu", to which he is giving a voice over.
Esther is in the female lead role in this movie. After a series of postpones due to combined results of release date issues and state's bifurcation, this film is all set to release on 27th of this month. Let's hope that Rana's voice over will bring some good foot into the theaters.

• Lecturer in Oral Medicine and Radiology: A qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948), Post-Graduate qualification in Dentistry i.e. Master of Dental Surgery in concerned speciality/subject from a recognized Institution or equivalent and should be registered with Dental Council. Knowledge of Konkani.
• Assistant Agriculture Officer: Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognised University and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Research Officer: Master Degree in Indian History or Political Science or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 2 years experience in conducting research in the respective branch of study and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Assistant Research Officer: Master Degree in Indian History or Political Science or Sociology from a recognized University or equivalent with minimum 1 year experience in conducting research in the respective branch of study and Knowledge of Konkani.
• Assistant Hydro graphic Surveyor: Certificate of having passed the ‘Dufferin’ / ‘T.S.REJENDRA’ final passing out examination, OR Survey Recorder 1st Class of the Indian Navy, OR Licentiate Member of the Institution (India) in sub-Div, Hydro graphic Surveying, 3 years practical experience either in Indian Navy or Merchant Navy or Hydro graphic Survey Organisation, including about 2 years practical experience in Hydro graphic Surveying and Knowledge of Konkani.
Age Limit: Candidate’s age should not be Greater than 45 years for Lecturer in Medicine. Candidate’s age should not be Greater than 42 years for remaining post. Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. rule.

Application Fee: Rs. 400/- (Rs.200/- for SC, ST, OBC, Physically Handicapped and Ex-serviceman) in the form of Indian Postal Order or Demand Draft payable to “The Secretary GOA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION” payable at Panjim.

Comedian ALI replaced Superstar Mahesh Babu

ALI, the famous South Indian comedian who acted in more than 1000 Indian films (Telugu, Tamil and Hindi)has debuted in Industry as a child artist with the movie  "Seethakoka Chiluka(1981)" under the direction of Legendary Bharathi Raja.

In the year 1994, Director S. V. Krishna Reddy introduced Ali as the hero for the first time in the movie Yamaleela which experienced a huge box office success. Recently, ALI addressed media members in an event and shared his views that "Yamaleela has completed its 20 years in the Industry and he still cant believe the success path it layed to his career. He added that, Initially Director S. V. Krishna Reddy convinced Superstar Krishna to rope in Mahesh Babu as the male lead in the movie but however couldn't make that happen as Superstar Krishna asked him to wait for 3 long years. Later, Director S. V. Krishna Reddy who couldn't wait for such long period has approached me to sign in the project as the male lead of the movie. In this way I replaced Mahesh Babu in the movie "Yamaleela". Ali developed his own style of dialogue delivery which were popularly known as Chaata and Katravalli.

At present, Ali is busy with his tight TV & Movie schedules and is a regular actor in Puri Jagannath and Pawan Kalyan movies, even coming up as the male lead with `Alibaba Okkade Donga’ movie in the month of march.
