Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MAHATRANSCO) has issued notification for recruitment of the Executive Engineer, Asst Engineer and other vacancies. Eligible candidates can apply online from 08-01-2014 to 29-01-2014. Other details like age limit, educational qualification, selection process and how to apply are given below. - Executive Engineer (Civil): 01 Post
- Deputy Executive Engineer (Trans): 76 Posts
- Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil): 02 Posts
- Assistant Engineer (Trans): 114 Posts
- Junior Engineer (Trans): 247 Posts
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates age limit should be 40 years for Post No.1 to 4 and should be 35 years for Post No.5 & 6 as on 29-01-2014 for Open category. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification:
• Executive Engineer (Trans): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology with 9 years experience in Power Sector.
• Executive Engineer (Civil): Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Technology and its equivalent with 9 years experience in the field of civil works related to Power Sector.
• Deputy Executive Engineer (Trans): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology with 7 years experience in Power Transmission.
• Deputy Executive Engineer (Civil): Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / Technology and its equivalent with 7 years experience in the field of civil works related to Power Sector.
• Assistant Engineer (Trans): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology with 3 years experience in Power Transmission.
• Junior Engineer (Trans): Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology.
Selection Process:
Candidates would be selected based on their performance in Online Written Test & Personal Interview.
Application Fees:
Candidates need to pay the application fee of Rs.500/- for open category and Rs.250/-reserved categories through online payment only by using Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen. No application fee for the persons with disability.
